G MAGAZINE PLATFORM REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which G Magazine processes refunds for transactions made on its Platform. This document is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS (G MAGAZINE STATUS)

This section applies to the purchase of the Star, Hot, Electric, and VIP plans.

1.1. Right of Withdrawal (First Subscription): In accordance with Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase of their first subscription within 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date.

  • How to request: Within this period, the User must contact our support team via email at contato@gonline.com.br, stating their wish to cancel.
  • Processing: Once requested, the full amount paid for the subscription will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

1.2. After the 7-Day Period and for Renewals:

  • G Magazine subscriptions are recurring (monthly). After the initial 7-day period, there will be no refunds for partial or unused subscription periods should the User decide to cancel the plan.
  • Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges, but access to the plan's benefits will remain active until the end of the already-paid billing cycle.

2. TRANSACTIONS WITH CONTENT CREATORS (EXCLUSIVE CONTENT)

This section governs the purchase of one-off content or subscriptions to Creator User profiles.

2.1. G Magazine's Role as an Intermediary: It is crucial to understand that in these transactions, G Magazine acts as an intermediary platform that connects the fan (buyer) to the Creator (seller) and processes payments. The content is sold by the Creator, not by G Magazine.

2.2. Refund for Digital Content: Digital content (photos, videos), by its nature, is a product of immediate consumption and is not eligible for "return." Therefore, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Right of Withdrawal (Before Consumption): The 7-day right of withdrawal applies only if the purchased content has not yet been viewed, accessed, or downloaded by the buyer. If a buyer purchases content and, without consuming it, regrets the purchase within 7 days, they may request a refund.
  • After Consumption: Once the digital content is viewed, accessed, or downloaded, the service is considered fully rendered and consumed, and the right of withdrawal for a refund no longer applies.

2.3. Disputes Over Quality or Misleading Content: G Magazine is committed to quality and honesty on the Platform. If a buyer feels aggrieved by content that is proven to be: a) Fraudulent or misleading (does not match the description advertised by the Creator); b) Corrupt, inaccessible, or has a severe technical flaw that prevents its viewing; c) In violation of the Platform's Terms of Use.

The buyer must open a dispute by emailing contato@gonline.com.br within 7 (seven) days of the purchase, providing all evidence (screenshots, problem description, etc.).

  • G Magazine's Mediation: Our team will analyze the dispute. If the fault or bad faith on the part of the Creator is confirmed, G Magazine may, at its sole discretion, process a refund to the buyer and debit the corresponding amount from the Creator's account.

3. GENERAL REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Contact: All requests must be sent to contato@gonline.com.br.
  2. Information: The request must include the registered email address, the transaction ID, and a clear, detailed description of the reason for the request.
  3. Analysis: Our team will analyze the request within 10 (ten) business days, verifying if it falls within the terms of this policy.
  4. Execution: If approved, the refund will be processed. The time it takes for the amount to appear on the user's credit card statement or in their bank account will depend on the procedures of the respective financial institution.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

G Magazine reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund system, or any other manipulation by the requester. This policy may be changed at any time, and the changes will take effect on the date of their publication.
